Welcome to SaafiMart.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and related services. By accessing, registering, purchasing products, selling products, or otherwise using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

SaafiMart is a multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace operating in Nepal that enables independent vendors and sellers to offer products for sale to customers.
The Platform acts as an intermediary facilitating transactions between buyers and sellers and is not the manufacturer, owner, or reseller of products unless explicitly stated.
To use the Platform, you must:
✦ Be at least 18 years old or use the Platform under parental or legal guardian supervision.
✦ Provide accurate and complete registration information.
✦ Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information.
Users may be required to create an account to access certain services.
You are responsible for:
✦ Maintaining account confidentiality.
✦ Protecting login credentials.
✦ All activities performed under your account.
✦ Updating account information when changes occur.
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account.
By placing an order, you agree that:
✦ All information provided is accurate.
✦ You are authorized to make the purchase.
✦ You intend to complete the transaction.
An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order.
We reserve the right to:
✦ Cancel suspicious orders.
✦ Reject fraudulent transactions.
✦ Restrict excessive or abusive ordering behavior.
Product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing are primarily provided by vendors.
While we strive for accuracy:
✦ Product images may differ slightly from actual products.
✦ Product availability may change without notice.
✦ Errors in pricing or descriptions may occur.
The Platform does not guarantee that all product information is always complete, accurate, or up to date.
All prices displayed are in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) unless otherwise specified.
Accepted payment methods may include:
✦ Cash on Delivery (COD)
✦ eSewa
✦ Khalti
✦ IME Pay
✦ ConnectIPS
✦ Bank Transfer
✦ Other payment methods supported by the Platform
Applicable taxes, fees, and delivery charges may be added during checkout.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.
For Cash on Delivery orders:
✦ Payment must be made at the time of delivery.
✦ Customers may be required to verify their contact information before order dispatch.
✦ Repeated refusal to accept orders may result in account restrictions.
The Platform reserves the right to limit COD services for certain locations, products, or customers.
Customers may request cancellation before order processing or shipment.
Cancellation requests may not be accepted if:
✦ The product has already been shipped.
✦ The order is out for delivery.
✦ The product is customized or personalized.
The final cancellation decision may depend on vendor and logistics policies.
Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return and Refund Policy.
Generally, refunds may be granted when:
✦ Incorrect products are delivered.
✦ Products arrive damaged.
✦ Products have significant defects.
✦ Orders cannot be fulfilled.
Refund approval remains subject to verification and applicable conditions.
Vendors using the Platform agree to:
✦ Provide accurate product information.
✦ Sell lawful products only.
✦ Honor orders accepted through the Platform.
✦ Comply with applicable Nepalese laws and regulations.
✦ Respect customer privacy.
Vendors are responsible for the quality, legality, safety, and authenticity of products sold through the Platform.
Users and vendors must not:
✦ Violate any applicable law.
✦ Provide false information.
✦ Engage in fraud or deception.
✦ Distribute malware or harmful software.
✦ Interfere with platform operations.
✦ Attempt unauthorized access to systems.
✦ Infringe intellectual property rights.
✦ Manipulate reviews or ratings.
Violation may result in account suspension or termination.
All content on the Platform, including:
✦ Logos
✦ Branding
✦ Text
✦ Graphics
✦ Software
✦ Website Design
✦ Images created by the Platform
are the property of SaafiMart or their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
Users may submit:
✦ Reviews
✦ Ratings
✦ Comments
✦ Questions
✦ Feedback
By submitting content, you grant the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, publish, and use such content.
We reserve the right to remove content that:
✦ Is misleading.
✦ Contains offensive language.
✦ Violates laws.
✦ Harasses others.
✦ Promotes illegal activities.
Delivery times are estimated only and may vary due to:
✦ Weather conditions
✦ Public holidays
✦ Transportation issues
✦ Vendor delays
✦ Force majeure events
The Platform is not liable for delays beyond reasonable control.
Customers must provide accurate delivery information.
As a multi-vendor marketplace:
✦ The Platform provides a venue for transactions between buyers and sellers.
✦ Product warranties, guarantees, and claims are generally provided by vendors or manufacturers.
✦ We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or suitability of products listed by third-party vendors.
However, we may take reasonable action against vendors who violate marketplace policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
SaafiMart, its employees, directors, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
✦ Indirect damages
✦ Consequential damages
✦ Loss of profits
✦ Loss of business opportunities
✦ Loss of data
✦ Delayed deliveries
✦ Vendor misconduct
✦ Third-party service failures
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.
The Platform may integrate with third-party services, including:
✦ Payment gateways
✦ Delivery providers
✦ Advertising platforms
✦ Analytics services
We are not responsible for the practices, services, or policies of third parties.
Users should review applicable third-party terms separately.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts without prior notice if a user:
✦ Violates these Terms.
✦ Commits fraud.
✦ Abuses the Platform.
✦ Engages in illegal activity.
✦ Creates risks to other users or the Platform.
Termination may result in loss of access to certain services.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SaafiMart, its affiliates, employees, and partners from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses arising from:
✦ Your use of the Platform.
✦ Violation of these Terms.
✦ Violation of applicable laws.
✦ Violation of third-party rights.
The Platform shall not be held responsible for delays or failures resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including:
✦ Natural disasters
✦ Floods
✦ Earthquakes
✦ Strikes
✦ Internet outages
✦ Government actions
✦ Public emergencies
✦ War or civil unrest
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Nepal.
Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
Where applicable, parties are encouraged to attempt amicable resolution before pursuing legal action.
We may revise these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms will become effective upon publication on the Platform.
Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
